There was going to be a salad with this so we could pretend we’d had veggies with our dinner, but, well, the onion rings in the freezer case won out. Oh well. I’ve made these burgers (from Appetite for Reduction) a couple of times before and I think I must have reduced the amount of chipotles because they came out really spicy this time. I liked them, and we’ll use the leftovers I stuck in the freezer (it makes 6 burgers), but they were hotter than I prefer in a burger. They would normally get a rating of 4+ but were just too spicy this time. We topped them with Nayonaise, lettuce, tomato & red onion and served them on Ezekiel brand buns. The tots and rings were store bought – nothing really to report there.
